Purchases made online can be returned, within 30-days of receipt, unused and in their original state. For all online returns, please email info@della-natura.com with your order number and the item(s) you are looking to return. Upon confirming the return, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We ship using USPS Ground Advantage within the continental United States. Packages should arrive within 2-5 business days.

Shipping in Warm Weather: This deodorant is made with no preservatives or stabilizers and two of the ingredients we use (organic coconut oil and shea butter) will begin to soften at 75 degrees. If the product was shipped in hot weather and arrives a bit soft, simply place in refrigerator for 45 - 60 minutes until the natural oils firm up a bit, then leave on countertop (or wherever you store your toiletries) for daily use.
